is it worth the extra $20 for the last one? Thanks

 

The first one isn't really cold air induction since it has no heat shield to protect it from the high temp of the engine bay. The second one seems to be true cold air induction since it extends out of the engine compartment and gets air from the bottom of the car Which is how mine is set up. I would remove the plastic trim fromthe under carriage of the car so that the intake gets more air. i wouldnt even waste the money on the first one, go for the second one.
