I'm gonna go way out on a limb here and ask, did you check your brakes to make sure nothing is loose/sloppy/floppy?
You replaced one wheel bearing, so let's assume you would have caught something if it was on that side. What about the other side?

on each side and i made sure all the brakes and everything was good. but i did notice that the bushing for the sway bar are really worn and dryrotted could that be the cause of it

Yep, thatll do it. I started noticing alot of noise at slow speeds going over bumps in my Jeep, and it was worn sway bar bushings. Had them replaced, and never heard another sound out of them.

Could be. Could also be other bushings like the control arms, etc., letting the rearend shift.
You'd want to give everything a good once-over, maybe twice even.

go back to the tailpipe and give it a push forward, not a shove, dont want to hurt anything. anyways try to recreate the g force of brakes and see if you get a clunk.
