Hey my 98 3.8 Camaro alarm has been acting very strange lately. If i lock the car with my factory remote, my alarm goes off about 10 seconds later without nothing even touching the car. COuld it be the sensitivity of the alarm or what???

 

My 96 is doing something similiar, it will go off then stop then do it again. I figured out that the drivers door on mine was not locking all the way, the little slider was only going in about halfway. I am assuming that this was confusing the alarm. So now i manually lock the door then set the alarm and it seems to be working for now.

 

GOnna try it tomorrow and see what it do
