RE: camaro v6 questions
well first of all do you have a 3.4L or a 3.8L. if its a 3.4L then you can change them from the top and all you need is an extension and a swivel socket. if its a 3.8L then you can change the front ones from the top but the back two you'll have to change them from underneith the car. as for the exhaust, i would do it. i put the Z28 exhaust on my camaro and it sounds really good.

RE: camaro v6 questions
Assuming you have the 3.8, the spark plugs are easy to do. (also assuming you know where they are on the motor) You pull the metal covers off, this can be difficult because a seal is made over time, you gotta turn 'em a little and pull hard. Make sure you do not pull the plug wires, however. Once those are off, just socket the plugs out and put the new ones in. I forget the socket size, it's not hard to find though.
As far as the muffler question goes, there are better, more suiting mufflers you can get than the z28 muffler. I have magnaflow with duel tips, it gives a horsepower boost and sounds way better. All depends on preference. When you say twin lines, I'm assuming you mean single muffler with duel piping after the muffler? If you're referring to true duel exhaust (one line off each header), I would not recommend doing it on a V6 unless you have a supercharger or completely rebuilt internals (pistons, cam, etc.)
SIDE NOTE: You can change the plugs on a 3.8 from the top, that's how I do mine.
