Default New here, '81 Camaro, have some questions

Well let me introduce myself. My names Skyler, Im 16 and this is my first car. It's a 1981 Camaro Berlinetta with a 350 crate motor and a TH350.

Its gonna be put on the road soon, but I have a few things I need to work out with it first.

There's something wrong with my choke. The carb is a Rochester Q-jet 4MV off of a '74 Chevy (from what Ive found looking at part numbers) with a divorced choke. When I start the car cold, and untill it warms up, it runs REALLY rich. It misses, smokes, loads up, and will stall if I dont keep my foot on the pedal. How do I adjust the choke to fix that? This is the kind of choke thats on it.

Im pretty new to car carb's, so be nice lol. Im familiar with motors and stuff though, I do a lot of work with dirtbikes and such, just never worked on carbs like this yet.

I also have a video of what it does too, If that'll help.

Thanks

Thanks for the link, but the picture for adjust the choke I have doesn't work in there lol. And what should the clearance be between the edge of the choke valve and body?
