Default It is very possibly the A/C

When I bought this car used the heater core was bypassed and I could see from underneath that there was obviously a leak into the passenger compartment.(Rust) Naturally I put 2 and 2 together, replaced the core, put it all back together and it started leaking again, but only when the a/c was on. There is a seam in the bottom of the drip pan that is leaking condensation into the passenger compartment that I can only assume was originally caused by the leaky heater core.

Its a real &^%$# to get to but I think I can pour in some epoxy to stop the leak.

Be sure you check all your rubber seals for leaks, especially if you have T-Tops...

Go back and read this thread from the beginning, and what the fix was. Your A/C condensation isn't draining, meaning.....a clogged drain hole. Epoxying something isn't going to stop the water build up, it needs to get out.
