pull out the lightbulb.... haha

 

I had somewhat the same proble same year camaro too. It turned out to be the master cylinder contaminates got inside and made all the rubber peices expand and essentially made it freeze. I would get that checked out immediately because that ebrake isn't that good and not meant to be used regularly.

 

also replacing it yourself isn't that hard either... just remember to bleed the system.
