swap in a LT1 with all the suspention, tranny, computer. do the exaust, intake, and hit it with some nitrous. then get ground effects, ss hood and spoiler. tint the windows, then paint it gloss black. then get some chrome rims to set it off.

Remember you need a downer car like a Z28.
Nitrous i wouldnt run, a 3.8 engine cant even run 50 shot without hurting it.
Ground effects personally a V6 camaro you defenetly dont want it riced out.
Chrome rims might be too heavy.
But the intake and exhaust is the best first start off ideas.
id leave the body the way it is unless you have body work plans like if you want to have a body kit or so.

Suspension is the first choice best improvement for a daily driver (pleasure car too, for that matter), IMHO. Improving your HP or TQ, is secondary to the former -- you want to be able to best control the power you have or want to have, right?!
