Blown Fuse.. Need help!

I have an 02 v6 camaro.. and I was wondering why my cigarette lighter fuse keeps blowing out? Everytime a new fuse is placed, itimmediately goes out.Anybody know?

its a short. the best way is to pull the lighter out and follow the wires to see if there any are exposed
