I have a 98 v6 and i have a leak that looks like its coming from under the tb. I think it might be the intake gaset but not sure. anyone one know what it is or if it is the intake gasket how much will it cost to replace?

 

Alldata shows 2.2 labor hours for the upper intake manifold gasket and 3.1 labor hours for the lower gasket. Parts list around $80. Depending on location, shop hours go $60-$100 per. So you are looking at approx $600-700 for the complete job. Make sure it is not the throttle body that is leaking, much cheaper to fix.

 

It was the intake gasket. and z28pete you were dead on with that price range.
