Air only blows from defrost vents

Air only blows from defrost vents

I just bought my car last week. I have a 94. The dash board is cracked and air only blows out of the defrost vents right under the windshield. Does anyone have any suggestions to get the air to blow from the AC vents.

Check vacuum lines under the hood.
