air intake for 3.8 v6 question

Default air intake for 3.8 v6 question

can a K&N 1996 5.7L V8 air intake fit in a 96 3.8 v6???
i wanna jus go and get it but dont wanna buy it and wont fit. then only air intake i found are cheap ones and i want the best. and i dont want the panel. cuz it looks plain. answer if u can. or if i hav to settle for a cheap one or panel, fine by me

i got an answer earlier. fbodyrs96 said i jus need an LT1 intake elbow. anything else???

why not get one form seller chromintakes on ebay..does the same thing and mine came with a K&N filter..

the Cone filter or panel??? is it any good?

Stay AWAY from that plastic crap, it heat warps -- been there. Get SLP's instead.

Screw both of them, they aren't worth the money at all. For a stock engine car, go with chrome intakes from ebay and a k&n filter on it (or order it with a cheapo one and put a 9" long k&n cone on). K&N is just a name, SLP is WAY overpriced.
