Air Flow question

I have a 96 rs and i was wondering how does air get to the radiator? The only openings on the nose of my camaro are where the fog lights are supposed to be. Does it only pull with the fans?

underneath your car you should see a black plastic air dam. that is supposed to direct air to the radiator while driving
