after market fans CFM or RPM?
i notice that the sock fan goes around 1500-2000 rpm. how much CFM does it have. i have notices that the aftermarket single fans go between 2400-2750 CFM, it doesnt say how many rpm it havs thou. should i worry. i was going to put dual fans but like someone else on this site said,"it was just to hard to do". so ive decided to go single but with higher rpm but what i dont understand does more CFM mean more air into the engine and does this mean it also go faster or what?
why are you trying to improve your fans?
There sufficient for your engine, leave them alone. You can adjust the temp when the fan kicks on, SLP makes a switch or you can have it programmed to do so.
If your car is running to hot...
160 or 180 thermostat
coolant SYSTEM (not just the radiator) flush

well on another post i had a problem with overheating with my ac on. if i leave the ac on for a certain amount of time the car would slowly overheat. the moment id turn off the ac the car would cool again. mechanics have felt the power of the fan blowing and say its not blowing enough air. i did buy a new stock fanmotor from advance auto like more then a year and a half ago but still felt the same.
flush as in, drain, fill w/ coolant flush **** + water, run the car and drain, fill w/ coolant...
If your car is still running hot, i would say maybe the waterpump may have seen better days or your temp gauge is off...
IMO the fan would be the last thing to replace as the stock fan is adequate for the car...if you think the fan is for some reason not engaging to stock power? then get a new stock fan i guess...
