There are several screws in the plastic knee bloster that you need to remove and drop that piece down to floor. Then you should be able to find several screws that attach the instrument cluster panel to the dash. Remove them and pull the bezel. Once that is removed, you should find some screws holding in the instrument panel in dash. Remove them and you should be able to get to the lights by pulling the instrument panel forward.

i did a writeup that is stickied in the interior section. two screws for gauge trim, and four hold the gauges in. you don't need to remove the knee panel.

Stan's write up has good detail on taking the cluster out, if you need anymore help, shoot either of us a PM and we can help you I'm sure.

You will need a 194 incandescent bulb or LED 194 for replacement. While you're at it, you can replace the whole cluster with LEDs (If you need more info, PM me or Stan) to give your gauges a nice accent (Stan used the pure white I think, I used pure blue). If you get LEDs, make sure you get the wide angle bulbs (I can provide more info on this as well haha).

The screws that hold the cluster are 7mm btw. Getting the cluster itself out is a bit tricky but not too bad. Make sure you don't touch the actual gauge face because it will smudge VERY easily.
