well i would start by cleaning them off. if cleaning them off does the trick, the you saved yourself from buying new ones.

P0506 is idle control sytem RPM low
P0300 is random misfire/ mulitple cylinder misfire

ok i know what the codes mean. What would you recommend for me to change first because Im short on money right now....
