95 V6 3.4 is shakey? Not sure.
When I start the car, leaving it idle, you can feel something vibrating in the floor board. It doesn't matter what gear it is, even when you drive it. It constantly feels as if something is rubbing, or loose. When you drive the car, you can feel the vibration on the gas pedal as well. It doesn't do it all the time, it goes in and out every few seconds. It seems the faster I go it settles down some. Not real sure how to explain it, but this is the best I can do. And one more question, there seems to be hole on my intake, with no clip, or hose, as if someone took it out and didn't put it back. It's the slot that's in the back of the intake. I also have a hole in my valve cover which looks as if oil has been coming out. Is there any chance there is supposed to be a vacuum hose going from the valve cover to the intake??
Thanks in advance!

Check/replace your serpentine belt, that can cause that feeling.
Post a picture of the holes you're talking about. There should be no open holes, obviously. Except the hole that pulls in air through the filter. ;-) I think the holes you're talking about are the ones where a little tube goes from the valve cover to the intake.
Note the two red arrows in the picture attached, these are the connection points for the missing tube for your car. Having this missing can also cause some of the issues you experience, yes I am speaking from experience. ;-)

Yep, that's it. You need that long Crankcase Vent Pipe, a clip that holds it on the air intake rubber (looks like someone cutoff the protrusion on yours, so you might have to do a custom install or get another rubber intake), and rubber adapter into the valve cover. The piece going into the valve cover deteriorates with time -- I had to replace mine once, and it actually made a big difference in improving the engine behavior.
