My Cammaro I bought a few days ago will barely move in first gear and just a little more in second and slowly picks up speed. There is more acceleration in 2nd gear than first. Please Help.....

 

Why did you buy a car with a bad transmission? Did you check the fluid level or change the fluid? If that was done, indications are that the transmission will need to be dismantled and rebuilt or replaced.
Possible problems:
Forward clutch assembly
Forward clutch accumulator
Input housing and shaft
Valve body
Low roller clutch
1-2 Accumulator assy
Low line pressure
2-4 Servo assembly
Stator roller clutch in TC not holding

 

Hope you bought an extended warranty...
