93 V6 No Reverse

Default 93 V6 No Reverse
I just bought a 93 that has no reverse when you put it in reverse its like its going into neutral .. could this be linkage? Is there a quick simple way to check?

To answer your first question I have no clue.. Havent really looked at it.. 2nd question because I got a sweet deal on it .. perfect body and interior with a custom paint job runs perfect beside reverse.. for 700.00
