Default 93 Camaro weird hesitation when accelerating.

So my 93 camaro v6 hesitates when I get on the gas. I thought it was my o2 sensors but I changed them and the same thing occurred. I have one sparkplug that is frozen into my block, but all the rest are new. Could that be causing the hesitation? There is also a knock sometimes that follows the hesitation at higher rpms.

Here is what was recently done:
New spark plugs (except for the one frozen in the block)
New plug wires
Oil change
Trans fluid change
Serpentine belt
radiator flushed
new 180* thermostat
power steering lines
radiator hoses changed

Aftermarket stuff:
1 piece aluminum driveshaft from a 99 Camaro SS.
Rear end from a 99 Camaro SS (I wanted 4 wheel disc brakes and 3.42 gears)
Ram-air intake.

Heres a vid of the problem.

my '93 has the same problem, although im not sure why. i changed the fuel filter and that seems to help, but my girl has a '94 firebird 3.4 thats an automatic and mines a stick and it seems to have more power by far and mine still hesitates... it'd be great to know whats causing it...

How old is the spark plug that's stuck in the block? And how exactly did it get stuck? I'm betting you haven't checked the ignition coils which are a huge misfire culprit in these V6 cars.

The spark plug was stuck in the block when I bought the car. It is rusted around the part where you are supposed to put a socket. How would I go about checking the coils?

You'll need to check the current through them. Or just replace the 3 since you've already done everything else And you're going to have to find a way to get that plug out.

Yeah I know, and its on the left side of the motor in the middle, so its in the most cramped spot ever. I'll probably end up getting msd packs and wires. I thought the hesitation might be caused by a clogged catalytic converter too because the car has almost 200k.

Its the plug right behind that sensor, I tried removing it but broke the head off one of the bolts. Its got rust all the way around where the socket should go.
