Is the 4L60E the auto tranny for the 3.8?
Is it the EXACT same unit that goes into the v8's? If so, it should last forever in the 3.8, don't you think?
I think this was the designation I remember when I had my tranny replaced in my 1994 Impala SS at 200k miles.
