4000+ RPM tach fluctuates, why?

after reading again,,, is the car reving up and then going or is it stalling/sputtering untill u give it more throttle?

it is not stalling. I guess it might sputter a lil bit. but more yet....the rpm does go up. I just don't go until its at least at 1500rpm. and it does rev. kinda makes a pffffffffftt sound as I build up the rpm

it in the transmission or converter then. could be the tcc valve i think its called.

LOL....feel like a dumbass now. Just checked it, sure enough....its a lil low, and a lil foamy.
