Hey guys, some of you may know my story well now I see that I have oil comming out of my exhaust so I'm thinking valves. But at any rate my question is my dad has a pickup truck with a 4.3 and I was wondering how hard it would be? I do love the 4.3 they are a great solid engine so any help would be greatly appreciated.
