I need to get exhaust manifold flanges machined for my turbo build and can't find dimensions anywhere for the 3800 series II engine. anyone have the dimensions or know where i can get them?

 

Grab an exhaust manifold off a old grandam. Cut the flange off and you have a template.

 

I've got header gaskets to use as a template. I need the dimensions because I'm getting the flanges laser cut out of 5/8 thick stainless steel plate

 

if you have a gasket, you have all the dimensions you need. 5/8ths plate is a little overkill also, but you don't need anything else

 

sorry I meant 3/8 not 5/8. I was hoping that someone on here would already have a shop drawing that I could just send to the laser cutters instead of me spending a couple hrs with a pair of verniers and making a drawing to send

 

Send the gasket.
