Default 3.8L question, please help

I might be buying this guys 99 3.8l camaro with 95,000 miles on it. He bought an extended warranty and had the rear end and tranny recently replaced. What kind of major problems does this motor with this amount of mileage face?

for that motor 95,000 miles is nothing, and you allready have a new trans and rear, try to talk him down as much as you can and when/if you buy it change the fluids(trans/oil/coolant) and the filters and you should be all gravy.

on occasion the waterpump will go out, but besides that those motors are virtually bulletproof.
