Default 3.4 vs 3.8?

So I have been reading some other threads of people saying that there is quite a big difference between the 3.4 and the 3.8 v6 Camaro's. My question is, will I be disappointed if I get a 3.4 v6 Camaro? Basically I am looking to buy my second car and am looking for something that has a bit more get up and go then what I am driving now(a 92 Mecury Sable ha). This is what I'm looking at.

Ad has been deleted by owner. What's your budget? What are you looking for features wise? Which body style do you like best? The more info the better in helping you

You can get either body style with a 3.8. He must be looking at and older one if it has a 3.4 in it.

The 3.4 can be made to run fairly well but in their stock forum 3.8 will owns the 3.4 and do so with better gas milage.

Ok cool, I should start looking at 3.8's then. How does a larger motor get better mpg?

Newer technology helps. May get less gas mileage though cause of the new power so it might be hard to keep your foot out of it

Interesting. Is there much of a price gap between the 3.4 and 3.8?

^Not really. You can get a decent 3.8 with 120xxx for probably $3000
Are you wanting a 5-speed or an automatic???
