3.4 V6 Ground Wire
This is my first post. I recently replaced my head gaskets on my 1995 3.4L Camaro and I have a ground wire that I have no idea where it goes. Some how i forgot to label it when I took it off. Anyways, I know that it bolts to the frame below the Air Intake and then bolts to the engine somewhere. It is a braided copper wire with a clamp attached to it. I think the clamp holds the wiring harness. I know it goes on the drivers side and somewhere on the lower half of the engine. If anyone could take a glance at their 3.4l and see if they could find out where it attaches that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Thanks.
The purpose of the wire is to provide a good electrical connection between the engine and the rest of the car. The battery negative connects to the engine and has to be carried to the rest of the car in order for lights, radio, etc.. to work properly.
