i have a 95 3.4 L with 133K miles, i dont know anything about the PCM or ECU
1. would it be a good idea to reset my PCM
2. if it is how do i do it

 

Unless you have some codes set, resetting the PCM accomplishes very little. But all you have to do is to disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes. Don't be surprised if the car runs funny after doing that, as sometimes it takes a while for the computer to relearn how to control the engine.
