Not sure what's going on with my car but here is the problem...i have a 96 rs with a 3.8 and having trouble on y my 25 amp fuse (in the engine compartment) keeps popping when i turn my ac on?? Come to find out my cruise control is hooked to that fuse too...anyone know on how to help with this without taking it to a mechanic?

 

Disconnnect the wires from the AC compressor & see if the fuse still blows when you turn the AC on. If the fuse no longer blows, then there is a problem with the compressor clutch. If the fuse still blows, there may be a short on the wiring to the compressor clutch
