I have an actron autoscanner plus cp9180 and its popping up with trouble code p0300

I don't really understand this so I was looking for some help just replaced motor with known good engine 3.8 new wires plugs fuel filter cam sensor new maf sensor. This is a 2000 camaro rs automatic. For some reason the evap and catalyst monitor won't ok.

 

P0300 indicates random misfire, which usually caused by a lean fuel mixture, especially since you indicated the engine runs poorly under load. May want to check the spark plugs and fuel pressure.

 

I have new plugs wires fuel filter.the shop down the road tested the fuel pressure with the vehicle off key on it jumped went to I think 50 but dropped to around 40 when the pump syopped
