I'm definitely not getting a low speed fan at 140F degree coolant with engine off, and I think I am not getting a fan at 221F either. I do get it when the AC is on. Since the relay circuits are monitored by PCM, it seems like I would get a trouble code, but I don't. I guess I could check out relay #1, since it controls low speed. I may start there and then dig in deeper. For now I've got to get my son's F-150 running really well before he's off to college. Thanks for the info. It's already been helpful.
