Post 1996 camaro wont start

hello guys ill try and make this sort and fast . Im new to the signt and have a question .

I own a 1996 camaro 3.8 auto it has 40,000 miles on it - ya thats all - its been broke down most of its life. I replaced the motor since the old one has a bad head gasket- so the guy who pulled the old motor cut the harness about 1 foot from the ecm -I had the car running perfect then parked it last winter and it would not start back up after-- clogged fuel pump - ok so i got a new pump that pushes 50 psi to the rail .. the problem i have is the car wont start - if you put gas into the intake it starts and u have to feed it to keep it running - Guy I took it to messed with my splicing at the harness. Theres spark and fuel at the rail- New injectors were just put in - just for the heck of it - theses no signal to the obd 2 port --- ive also tryed swapping the computer but Im almost sure its in the wiring . Theres lots of wires that are the same color . if I get some idea of what color to swap .

what wire on the pcm controls this - to make fuel spray and to get signal to the obd port - i Know it has to be somthing simple like one wire is now mixed around .. Guys please help me . I own 2 fords and they never let me down -
