I'm guessing since injector rehab is in business that the stuff you put in the tank to clean them doesn't quite cut the mustard?

Depends... if your injectors are really clogged up then no the in tank cleaners will not work. If you use the cleaners as preventitive maintenance then most work ok and a few work great. I prefer the Lucas injector cleaner and I use 5 or 6 oz every oil change.

Now your car runs good until about 15 minutes into running and then it starts acting up. Well I would guess it is related to your car going into closed loop mode where it takes readings from all sensors and monitors fuel conditions from there. O2 sensors can be a HUGE culprit here since they are not used in open loop. MAF is now working along with MAP and your car is adjusting spark and fuel timing based on these inputs. Getting a test done is the best way to know what is really going on in your car. I would make the jumpers you find in the link above and have advance or autozone read your car if they have the OBDI reader. Knowing the codes will be a big help here.

Finally found a mechanic that had a reader that would work and didn't charge me for the read. Codes 70-72 I think he said. EGR. Going to do a good cleaning first and see if that fixes it. After that replace the EGR. After that maybe the MAP sensor.

Sorry to butt in, but what is "Light On"? I still have yet to have this same problem fixed on mine.
