Transmission fluid leaking from pivot pin

Transmission fluid leaking from pivot pin
I have a T5 Transmission which has a leak that seems to only be coming from the pivot pin. I have never had experience working with transmissions, so I'm hesitant to remove or tighten it because I don't want to cause myself more grief. Can anyone give me any tips/advice to stop the leak?
