Squeaky Noise coming from belt? (Video)

See the small belt around the compressor. You can remove the larger belt then from underneath remove the smaller AC belt. Spin the pulleys by hand to see if you can hear a bad on. If you can not find it that way. Start the engine with no belts for a few seconds to see if the noise is there. Then put the AC belt back on, run it for a few seconds to see if the noise is back. If the noise is not there for either test then you know its not engine or AC.

Im not sure if it's the tensioner pulley or something else
I did not have the proper tools to remove the tensioner, I only replaced the idler pulley sorry for the misunderstanding
