Reverse is a non- sync'ed gear the first thing people notice what the pressure plate is failing is that rev grinds. 99% of the time when a customer shows up complaining about reverse grinding it is because the clutch is not fully disengaging. . |
well i found a nice deal on a rebuilt t5 for 285 so i decided id go ahead and change out the transmission and so i did and reverse doesnt grind anymore i can finally reverse out of parking spots! But a clutch job is next maybe within the next month or so thanks for all the input guys!
