High stall converter w/ lock recommendation?
Can anyone out there recommend a high stall torque converter that still locks when cruising? I see so many out there, just not sure which one is best for me.
I have a '94 Z28 A4 which is otherwise stock. Future plans are minor: headers/catback/CAI... MAYBE some forced induction but probably not.
I think 2200-2800 sounds like it can be fun, and still streetable for a DD:
2300-2800 High Stall 4L60E / 700R4 Torque Converter | eBay
There's a 2800-3200 from the same seller that is a bit more money, not sure if that would be too much for my liking.

went with this:
700R4 4L60E 10" HP Torque Converter 2600 - 3200 Stall
we'll see how it turns out
i read a lot about the yank brand, but at $800 shipped for an otherwise stock car, i just couldn't do it
