Default Fluid leaking need to know what the name of this part is

Hi everyone I've got a 95 3.4 automatic and just noticed that it's leaking transmission fluid. I have found where the leak is coming from but I don't know what the name of the piece is that needs to be replaced. The fluid is coming from behind the piece and seeping through, it's leaking when parked after a drive. It's the bright cylindrical piece with the wires going into it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Name: unnamed.jpg

That's the vehicle speed sensor (VSS). Even though the pic says Z28, the transmission is basically the same.
