Default a few questions about the 4l60e.

I'm very new to the camaro world, as this being my first I've ever owned or driven. I'm currently running a 4l60e with a tci torque converter and a trans go shift kit powered by a mainly stock lt1. I'm building a 5.3 turbo slowly but surely, and I'm not sure if the tranny will hold or not. I'm 100% sure I want to keep this car an auto because its going to be mainly a weekend toy/track car after the build is done. Any opinions?

I guess I should have added that I'm aiming for around 500 rwhp/rwtq.

The tranny will hold, but not in the current condition. For the power you are looking for it many of the internal parts will have to be replaced with stronger ones.
