Default Centerforce Flywheel (p/n 700173)-need tech help...

I have a brand new in the box Centerforce Steel Flywheel (p/n 700173). I need to gather some technical information like application, what it fits, etc. I know jegs/summit sell these for roughly $419 brand new so i am just gathering info before i post it....ANY help is greatly appreciated...

Ok, have been able to drum up this much:
Fits externally balanced small blocks w/2 piece rear main seal (383/400)
Designed to be used with 6spd trans from late model (not sure of exact years).
Is billet steel material.

What else am i missing? Someone fill me in please.....

So would $250 shipped be a fair price on this part considering summit/jegs has em for $419?
