Default 97 Camaro Auto to Manual

Would it be worth it too change my 97 camaro RS from automatic to manual? It's a 3.8 liter V6. And what is the estimate on doing it this?

ummm in short,,,, no. cost would depend on availability of parts in your area and if u do all the work yourself. a guess would be anywheres from 2k to 6k. ull need wiring harnesses both under hood and under dash, computer, trans, bellhousing, linkage for clutch and shifter, center consol and im not sure what else.

yah if u could find a wrecked car to get parts from u may come out ok. time is the other issue. tearing the dash up and doin the engine harness is time consuming. i think u would be better served looking for a good used 342 posi rearend and a shift kit for the a4.

Probably just gonna buy a 4 cylinder and mess with it instead of messing up my good car, cause I'm going to need a daily driver anyway.
