94 z28 Diff Rebuild Help!
I have a 1994 Z28 Camaro and am slowly worsening my rear end.
To rebuild it I want to go from 3.23's to 3.55's and I want to redo the whole rear end. Can anybody help me with a list of everything ill need?

List (if you're doing yourself):
Diff. bearing kit. Should include everything but the wheel bearings and seals.
Rear wheel bearings and seals
New gears
Dial gauge with a magnetic base to check back lash
Arbor press to do the carrier bearing and pinion bearing
Slide hammer to pull old wheel bearing/seal
Large socket and hammer to reinstall wheel bearing and seal
Torque wrench (click or dial)
Dial torque wrench to measure bearing preload
Either a torque multiplier to attach to a ratchet or a long breaker bar. Crush sleeves are a PITA.
Pipe wrench
I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but like Craby said, they are tedious and are not very forgiving if you are wrong on something.

all you should need to do is check out the thread streghtening the 10 bolt for like $400.00 in parts ,an it talks about handeling up to 550 hp ,if you need the differential, your better off to find another rear end to build cost would be $800.00 + ,a main bearing kit an your choice of gears all the things Mkcoconuts mentions, don't think you will notice much difference from 3.23 to 355 ,don't hear that much of guys doing 3.55 gears , 3.42 then 3.73 should be notice able ,an I got 273 going to 3,23 my self ,though I got to get a look to make sure they are, AN+ ? if you have never done a rear end build your better off to have someone help you with it that has built one , there is lots of parts in there an one thing out of place would be bad,the thread strengthening the 10 bolt 7.5 is right at the top of this section ,an gives some basics too
