Ok here is the question, I own a 74 z28 with the D88 package that is currently disassembled but is numbers matching. It has some rust issues but interior minus the carpet and headliner are all in good shape as well as the engine and trans. Would it be cheaper to rebuild the ole 74 or buy a running project and go from there? Any input would be great thanks.
