Sway bars

Default Sway bars

I'm looking to replace/upgrade my sway bar bushings and end links. How do I tell what size sway bar I have without physically measuring them? Summit lists a couple link/bushing kits for the front sway bar (30 & 32 mm) and like 4 different rear kits (19, 21, 23 & 24 mm). It also mentions for or not-for "heave duty rear suspension". Thanks for any pointers....oh, and I did use the search function... and

v6 is 15 and 28 z28 is 19 and 30
