imho, stano springs are a better choice. from what i read the h&r are a stiffer ride.

I lowered my 02 Formula 2" and it only hits over certain bumps. My 94 is lowered 1" on Eibach springs that come tuned for the car when you buy he Bilstein shock/spring kit. That car doesn't hit anything. It all depends on what type of set up you run. This is my exp. Finding out what does and doesn't work from others will help you determine what is best for your car.
