I've got a set of lowering springs 1.5" 450 / 200 after I install these since I'm not going radical in my drop will I still need a panhard rod

how far off center would it put the rearend until I got one if needed?

Generally an adjustable panhard bar OR watts link should be added if you lower to keep the rear centered.

You can check measurements to determine if it is centered or not.

I ordered all new everything fir my 94. Went with all BMR. It depends on how low you go. Tell the rep when you order, how low you are going and he will know if you need an adjustable arm. I didn't need one when I installed the bilstein/eibach spring/shock kit from Classic industries. I got a non adjustable panhard rod.

If you have the stock wheels and tires you should be fine waiting. If you have wheels that are wider or smaller backspacing, then you might run into the divers side tire hitting the fender lip when the suspension compresses.
