Hi. Just joined. My daughter is in California right now at Travis AFB and just bought a 1996 RS convertable. The lower left ball joint needs replacing. I have a 1979 that i built completely and put ball joints in myself in my driveway, but i'm in NY so i can't help her. Are there any garage mechanics here that know at least a flat rate for replacing one. I don't want her to be taken advantage of (Dad's worry alot). How much time does a garage allot and approx what kind of total fee should be expected? Thanks and hope i can repay with some of my knowledge!
