Default Identifying aftermarket suspension

I just bought a 1997 Z28. It seems lowered and the person I bought it from believed it was as well. I know it does not mean much, There are two stickers under the hood, Ebach springs and Energy suspensions. How can I identify that the parts are lower than stock and are made by the company's that match the stickers ???

Ebach springs will have numbers printed on them, you should be able to look them up if you can see the numbers. I have a set for sale for a '98-'02 F body off my '01 SS and they say Sportline on the spring along with the numbers. Energy suspension makes poly bushings and such, I don't think they make springs.
