This was the last pull. Disappointed with the outcome, but expected there to be an issue with her. The MAF was maxed out and the speed sensor is being goofy, so the torque convertor wasn't staying locked, so the numbers are lower. 400+ at the wheel will be easily attained once that's all figured out. For now she's only 300 whp (roughly 360 at the crank) with 340 torque on 7 pounds of boost. Not much to gloat about.

Brain said she was one if the cleanest ones he's seen. And she was well put together and thought out. Everything was tastefully done and he would totally drive her. So although my numbers disappointed me, I could at least leave with compliments like that from him.

congrats on getting it on the dyno

I'm wondering why you guys are using a MAF at all? Why not just go speed density and not worry about it? I believe you guys are using hpt, which can turn off any associated CEL's should it be needed

I read that article a while back, I'm assuming she still has the car?
So far the car has been running great. Footbrake stalled the converter, it easily got to 3200 rpm and 3 psi before I decided to just let it do a burnout and make a smoke show. Still trying to fix the delayed 2-3 as well as fine tune tcc lockup in third and fourth. Its commanded to shift at 6000 and 76 mph, but its going to 6400 and 84 mph. I'm just going to fiddle with the tune and see if I can't get it to work. The shift is still crisp, just late. If it works, it works. I don't forsee spending $500 to diag and fix it when a built trans can be purchased for $2000 that has fully upgraded internals. Current plan is to take her to the strip November 5th

Hit the track today for a test and tune with a small group called the Mullet Militia (for 3rd Gen enthusiasts). Didn't get many runs in because we were between some pro stick and super stock classes. But my best pass was a 13.106 @ 106.23 mph in 1/4. Definitely need more seat time, but I was happy. The car has 12s in her no problem. Need to tweak the tune a tiny bit more and throw on some slicks. This is only had 7 pounds of boost, too. The goal is 20 pounds for next year with a re-dyno tune. Here's a video from the last run which was a 13.189.
