I am sure the problem is a back order issue, They forgot to order them BACK when they should have. One of the most common engines in the world and everyone is out of stock for 4 weeks yea right.

Haha yeah. But there's the issue that they haven't even done the heads yet either...

Yeah. It'll end up being there 5 weeks when we were quoted 2-3 weeks. I could understand the back ordering issue, but I don't understand why everything else isn't ready to go. It's tempting to tell them each additional week of waiting is $100 off the price...doubt that would work, but would you really want an angry woman yelling at you to get her engine back? I don't think I would...

you could try that and see what it gets you its worth a try i know i dont like getting yelled at by a girl or watching one cry

so the heads should be done when the bearings get in. right? what a bum deal. should see if you can find the bearing yourself and if so ask if they need you to get them. lol sure deserves a call every day or so asking if the bearings came in or not.
